I am a therapeutically trained coach with over 20 years’ experience of working with leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and adventurers. I love working one-to-one with clients in ways that go beyond traditional therapy. I am particularly drawn to working with Jungian psychology which, in recent years, has had a significant influence on my personal and professional development.

When looking at life from a Jungian perspective, one’s personal and professional challenges can be viewed as deeply meaningful “initiation thresholds” from which great insight and growth can be gained. Where once, these initiations such as having a child, divorce, menopause, a significant illness, death of a loved one or loss of a job would have been marked by ritual and imbued with meaning and value, in our current western culture, we are conditioned to sleepwalk through them. My one-to-one coaching work is focused on helping clients to find meaning and value at these crucial junctures, so that they can come through an initiation threshold and arrive at a more authentic, confident, and self-actualized version of themselves.
